1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, job title, company and time zone when you fill out a form, register for a workshop, book a call or contact us.
• Assessment and inventory answers. Your responses to our free, private assessment and to the Bridge Inventory, and the results we generate from them.
• Call and session information. If you book a call or become a client, we keep notes from our conversations. With your knowledge, we may record and transcribe calls so we can focus on you and follow up accurately.
• Payment information. If you buy a program, payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers collect basic technical data such as your browser, device, pages visited and how you arrived at our site, using cookies and similar tools.
• Information from third parties. If you respond to one of our ads (for example, a LinkedIn lead form), we receive the information you chose to share in that form.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform, video meeting, email and calendar tools, call recording and transcription tools, AI service providers, and payment processors. If you give us your mobile number, we may send you texts about your booking, reminders and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
