Tim spent nearly 30 years at Shell, and as an executive he led a global business across three regions. He knows what it's like to look like you have it figured out while carrying far too much yourself.
He founded Coach to Elevate to help strong leaders cross the bridge to executive leadership, without paying the price he did. He created the 1% Executive Standard, the philosophy behind everything we do, grounded in timeless principles of honest living and research on how leaders actually grow.
